Shipping Policy

1. Delivery

1.1 Delivery will be made to the address specified by you when you have completed the order form.

1.2 It is your duty to check that the address you have provided is correct after receiving our confirmation email.

1.3 Pallet deliveries are only delivered kerbside.

1.4 Parcel deliveries are delivered to a single ground floor location.

1.5 It is your duty to carry the goods into your building.

1.6 If you fail to take delivery of the items or fail to give us adequate delivery instructions at the time stated for delivery, the items will be re-delivered to us and we reserve the right to cancel the order.

1.7 Any re-delivery attempts will be paid by you the customer.

1.8 Where the items are to be delivered in installments, each delivery shall constitute a separate contract and failure by us to deliver any one or more of the installments in accordance with these terms or any claim by you in respect of any one or more installments shall not entitle you to treat the contract as terminated.

1.9 Delivery dates are not always possible to be delivered on time and we are not liable for late or failed delivery.

1.10 Estimated delivery dates for each item can be found within the description of the item.

1.11 Deliveries are expected between 09:00 and 17:30, it is for you to inform us if your premises will be closed at the time of order.
