1 These Terms

1.1 These are the terms and conditions on which we supply all goods and / or provide design and installation services by way of telephone order or through this website or through any associated websites owned by us.

1.2 These terms tell you who we are, how we will provide goods and services to you, how you and we may change or end the contract, what to do if there is a problem and other important information.

1.3 These terms and conditions may not be released, discharged, supplemented, interpreted, varied or modified in any manner except in writing signed by us or our duly authorised representative.

1.4 We are under a legal duty to supply goods and services that are in conformity with this contract.

2.3 If we have to contact you we will do so by telephone or by writing to you at the email address or postal address you provided to us in your order.

3 Orders

3.1 Acceptance of your order will take place when we issue a written confirmation of the order or we perform the services or deliver the goods to you, at which point a contract will come into existence between you and us.

3.2 Upon acceptance of your order it is your duty to fulfil the payment to be made to us.

3.3 It is your responsibility to check our confirmation of receipt of order to ensure that the order is accurate.

3.4 Payment made by credit or debit card will be encrypted by our partners to minimise the possibility of unauthorised access or disclosure of details.

3.5 We may amend our catalogue and website from time to time to correct any typographical, pricing, clerical or other error or omission

3.6 The prices payable for the items that you order are clearly set out on our site. Should a mistake have been made when listing the price for example a typo error, we will not be liable to supply the item and will contact you and let you know of the error.

3.7 If you wish to make a change to the goods or services you have ordered please contact us. We will let you know if the change is possible and to what delivery or prices changes there are.

3.8 We reserve the right not to accept orders from you if your address is outside the United Kingdom.

4 Delivery

4.1 Delivery will be made to the address specified by you when you have completed the order form.

4.2 It is your duty to check that the address you have provided is correct after receiving our confirmation email.

4.3 Pallet deliveries are only delivered kerbside.

4.4 Parcel deliveries are delivered to a single ground floor location.

4.5 It is your duty to carry the goods into your building.

4.6 If you fail to take delivery of the items or fail to give us adequate delivery instructions at the time stated for delivery, the items will be re-delivered to us and we reserve the right to cancel the order.

4.7 Any re-delivery attempts will be paid by you the customer.

4.8 Where the items are to be delivered in instalments, each delivery shall constitute a separate contract and failure by us to deliver any one or more of the instalments in accordance with these terms or any claim by you in respect of any one or more instalments shall not entitle you to treat the contract as terminated.

4.9 Delivery dates are not always possible to be delivered on time and we are not liable for late or failed delivery.

7 Service Access

7.1 While we endeavour to ensure that this Website is normally available 24 hours a day, we will not be liable if for any reason this Website is unavailable at any time or for any period.

7.2 Access to this Website may be suspended temporarily and without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair or for reasons beyond our control.

7.3 While we endeavour to ensure that the information on our website is correct, we do not warrant the accuracy and completeness of the material on this website. We may make changes to the material on this website, or to the products and prices described in it, at any time without notice. The material on this website may be out of date, and we make no commitment to update such material.

8 Liability

9 Warranty

9.1 Warranty is no longer available on all products, should you require warranty before purchase please contact us to confirm if we offer warranty for the product.

9.2 Warranty is strictly for a mechanical failure e.g. a broken lock within the locker or cabinet.
