Cancellation Policy 

Physical Goods 

The customer can cancel any item order prior to dispatch by contacting WSP orders@warehousestorageproducts.co.uk or 01254617919 within 7 days of placing the order.

For orders of 3 units or more any cancellations must be within 7 days of placing the order. WSP do not accept cancellations after the 7 period.

Installation Costs 

If the customer has instructed WSP to carry out any installation services for the goods and in the event these services have been postponed or cancelled, where WSP will use reasonable efforts to re-deploy the installation services, where this is not possible the customer will be liable for costs as follows; 

Cancellation with 28 days' notice – No costs 

Cancellation with 14 to 27 days' notice – 50% of the cost of installation 

Cancellation with 8 to 13 days' notice – 75% of the costs of installation 

Cancellation within 7 days or less – 100% of the costs of installation
