Returns Policy 

1.0 Notification 

1.1 All returned goods must be returned unused, in the original package and in a re-saleable condition. 

1.2 WSP must be notified within 30 days of receiving your goods in order for a return to be accepted and processed. 

1.3 Exceeding the 30 days period WSP will issue a credit note to be used for future orders. 

1.4 Provided goods are returned in a resalable condition we will issue a damage report and advise of the costs involved.

1.5 All returns are subject to 30% restocking fees.

1.6 Notice of return from customer are to be emailed to with photographs for proof of condition of goods.  

2.0 Refunds 

2.1 Refunds and credit notes will be processed within 14 days of items received by WSP. 

2.2 Refunds will be paid by the same method of payment the customer made also using the same credit or debit card. 

3.0 Returning Goods 

3.1 Customers have the option of returning goods via their choice of courier and provide us with courier and tracking details.

3.2 Customer is to pay for shipping costs.

3.3 Should the customer ask WSP to collect the goods a charge for collection and shipping will be incurred and deducted from the final refund or credit note figure. 

4.0 Non-Returnable Goods 

4.1 WSP does not accept returned goods which have been made to order or have been personalised or galvanised. 

4.2 Any product fitted with a factory fitted item, is classed as a specifically made to order product and therefore is non returnable.

5.0 Return Exchanges 

5.1 If the customer has made an error upon ordering the goods, WSP requires the goods are returned and once received WSP will send out the replacement. 

6.0 Return Address
